Returns
Customer can report the return of the product within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. The withdrawal from the contract is made by submitting a declaration of withdrawal from the contract to us via e-mail sent to: olekpl2024@gmail.com. After receiving the declaration, we will send a confirmation of receipt of the message.

There is no need to provide reasons for withdrawal. Possibility of return - this is a unilateral declaration of intent.
Note! We do not accept parcels sent to us cash on delivery.
Please return the returned goods to us at the following address: Czeska 9/28B Lublin 20-424 Poland, no later than 14 days from the date on which you withdrew from the contract. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the buyer returns the goods to the seller at buyer's expense.
The refund is issued within 14 days from the date of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal from the contract.
Exchanges
Defective goods can be returned to the seller. The seller may, at his own discretion: repair, exchange or refund the product. Return and exchange of deective goods is carried out at the seller's expense. Products with a slight defect that does not affect the functionality of the product are not subject to exchange, repair or refund.
Goods of improper quality can be sent to the seller after filling out the declaration form by e-mail sent to: olekpl2024@gmail.com. After receiving the declaration, we will send a confirmation of receipt of the message.
